What is the pricing of your custom furniture?

We charge $25/square foot plus 15% for finishing. Pretty simple, huh?!


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 24/7/365.


Do you deliver and install?

Yes, we’ll deliver and install within a 150 mile radius for a flat rate fee of $75.


What’s your return policy?

We don't accept returns at this time. Most of our sales are highly customized creations and made to order, with few exceptions. If you have concerns or are not satisfied, we'll do what we can to make it right.


How long does it take to receive an order once it is placed?

On custom orders, it depends! When we send you the quote, we'll include the date of completion!

On ready-to-ship orders, we promise to ship within 2 days of the order and will email tracking information and arrival time on the shipment date.


Do you ship orders?

Yes, we'll ship anywhere we can! Additional fees may apply for larger items.


Are your products warrantied?

All of our furniture products come with a limited lifetime warranty. We want your furniture to last forever!!

Decor items are warrantied for 1 year.


Do you buy used furniture?

It doesn't hurt to ask us if we want something... Show us what you have and we'll let you know if we're interested!


What kind of wood/finishing products do you use?

Depends on the item, but we try to use cedar as much as possible (we love the smell!), tea stain (yes, actual tea), and a beeswax finish. Some of our items have been made with other types of wood and finishes, but we are committed to using eco-friendly products. If you have a preference, we'll see if it'll work with your project request!
