Have you ever read The Celestine Prophecy?? If so, you may know where this is going. If not, you should! This book changed our lives many, many moons ago. We truly believe in living in a world where everyone does what they love. What a concept, huh? If everyone were living their passion, the vibration of the world in which we live would dramatically increase. That's the kind of world we want. But, we know it begins with us.
Building furniture began with a need for some patio furniture that we couldn't afford to buy. It started with a pallet couch and quickly moved onto a patio bar, patio table, gardening table, indoor farmhouse table, loft bed, nightstands, vanity, and more.
What started as a need quickly became a passion. We started making things for other people, just to have an excuse to do what we loved. We donated items to charities and fundraisers. We built furniture in exchange for tattoos, art, and haircuts.
And, people kept urging us to start a business and sell. But we were reluctant. Not because we didn't want to, but because we have such a hard time charging people for what we love to do for free!!
But, then, I remembered The Celestine Prophecy. And the idea that moved us so deeply all of those years ago. And we realized that it's not really about money. It's about an energy exchange. Every time we exchange our loving creations for something, we are raising the vibration of love together, so the energy actually multiplies.
So, let's raise the vibration of love in this world together.
